About us

Who We Are?

Our director Micah arrived in Australia with my family in 2014. The company name originates from our family tree, 5 brothers uniting to make 5M. My passion is looking after the less able and helping them towards achieving/reclaiming their independence, in addition to fulfilling their goals. I decided on a change early in my career, in order to follow my dream of working in the disability/healthcare sector. After completing a Cert 3 as a disability support worker, I expanded my evergrowing family business into a new sector. I’m passionate about working in South West Sydney and understand the complexity and diversity of the community. Over the past 3 years, I have held a variety of positions within the community sector; and now in addition to having been a support worker, I have recently received my NDIS registration to work as a licensed and independent contractor. This allows me to assist families in getting the most from their NDIS plans and meeting their goals in life. I accept all people unconditionally and without judgment, I respect their disabilities and recognize their needs. Everyone I meet truly has a unique story to tell, and with a little help have the potential of being an inspiration against adversity to their community.
