at 5M Community Services

Engage in social, community, and recreational activities with our support, including medical appointments, grocery shopping, library visits, and more.

5M Community Services assists with Participate Community by:

  • Enabling social and community participation for people with disabilities.
  • Allowing participants to take part in social, community, and recreational activities in a centre or community setting.
  • Helping to build skills and confidence, and develop interaction and participation with the surrounding community.

These activities are designed to support individuals in becoming more active and engaged members of their community.

You are eligible for Participate Community under the NDIS if:

  • You are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a specific visa to access NDIS services.
  • You demonstrate that you require assistance due to your disability in order to participate in community activities.

Additionally, your NDIS plan should identify the need for community participation and skill development as part of your goals.
